Product Support Specialist at Gatherly

As a Product Specialist, you will be a trusted technical advisor to our customers as they discover the value of and unlock their creativity with engaging, online events. You will partner with sales on account management, marketing on education campaigns, and product on improving user experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and initial implementation for high-value accounts
  • Field support calls, emails, chats, and tickets to resolve customer issues
  • Proactively identify and create educational content for customers and end users
  • Collaborate with marketing on education campaigns for customers and end users
  • Collaborate with product on issue identification and triage for our software
  • Take ownership of customer education and technical support processes

Your Profile

  • 1+ years in a client-facing professional role
  • Experience working with events is a huge plus
  • Familiarity with audio and video production is a plus
  • An eye for UX and design is a plus
  • SaaS startup experience is a plus
  • Experience working with Intercom/Notion/HubSpot is not required but is a plus
